October 3, 1997 - The FS4-3-RP is used as a safety control on forced circulation systems found in certain hot water boilers, equipment cooling, and domestic hot water heating loops. The FS4-3-RP flow switch is a unique model within the general purpose Series FS4-3 flow switch family. It has thicker, reinforced stainless steel paddles for use in applications where high water turbulence exists.

When replacing the FS4-3-RP flow switch in the field, it must be replaced with another FS4-3-RP. Standard FS4-3 paddles when used in high turbulent applications, may break or become severely damaged causing the flow switch to go into a "no flow" condition. DO NOT SUBSTITUTE WITH A STANDARD FS4-3 UNIT OR PADDLE KIT.

To replace the FS4-3-RP simply contact your local M&M Distributor and request part # 114650. To replace the paddle only order a FS4-15RP paddle kit part # 336101.
